Paid Intern Role and Responsibilities
As a Paid Intern, you will work onsite at our Roanoke, Alabama office. This is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment while working alongside experienced professionals. This position offers valuable training for individuals pursuing a career in Information Technology. Intern responsibilities include:
Intern responsibilities include:
- Learning and assisting in network and system administration tasks.
- Helping with hardware unboxing, staging, and setup.
- Assisting with software updates and installations.
- Supporting the Help Desk and Projects Teams with various tasks
- Documenting and tracking issues using the ConnectWise ticketing system.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
